Notes & rules for application
- Our job opportunities are intended for candidates (m/f) whose profiles match the requirements.
- In response to an advertisement placed in a newspaper or on Internet, please forward your complete résumé (with covering letter refering to the job, 1 page maximum referring to the position concerned, CV of 2 pages max, copies of education and work certificates) demonstrating your qualification for the position.
- For an unsolicited application, a covering letter/email and an up-to-date CV are sufficient for a first contact.
- We respond to all applications. The average reply takes about 3-10 working days, but it may be longer depending on the volume of incoming files.
If you have not received a response within a reasonable time (2 to 3 weeks), it is likely that we have never received your file, computers having sometimes impenetrable and incomprehensible intricacies. Therefore, it is everyone’s responsibility to follow up on his/her file, because if we are not aware of an application, we simply cannot respond to it ! - We reserve the right to not respond to applicants whose profile ostensibly does not correspond to the required criteria.
- The decision to retain (or not) a candidate lies with us; all selection is carried out in a professional, rigorous and neutral way.
- A non-selected application received by post will be returned in the same way (but maximum A4 envelope); for a non-selected file received by email, we will give the negative response by email and then destroy any paper (print-outs that have been made internally) and digital documents.
- We do not handle part-time jobs and, unless mentioned otherwise, all our job opportunities are full-time positions.
- Your candidature will be treated in strict confidence.
