Notes & rules for application
- Our job opportunities are intended for candidates (m/f) whose profiles match the requirements.
- In response to an advert published in a newspaper or on the Internet, we would ask you to send us a complete dossier (covering letter/email of no more than 1 page referring to the position concerned, up-to-date CV of no more than 2 pages, copies of work and training certificates), demonstrating the qualities required for the position offered.
- For an unsolicited application, a covering letter/email and an up-to-date CV are sufficient for a first contact.
- We respond to all applications. The average reply takes about 3-10 working days, but it may be longer depending on the volume of incoming files.
If you have not received a response within a reasonable time (2 to 3 weeks), it is likely that we have never received your file, computers having sometimes impenetrable and incomprehensible intricacies. Therefore, it is everyone’s responsibility to follow up on his/her file, because if we are not aware of an application, we simply cannot respond to it ! - We reserve the right to not respond to applicants whose profile ostensibly does not correspond to the required criteria.
- The decision to retain (or not) a candidate lies with us; all selection is carried out in a professional, rigorous and neutral way.
- A non-selected application received by post will be returned in the same way (but maximum A4 envelope); for a non-selected file received by email, we will give the negative response by email and then destroy any paper (print-outs that have been made internally) and digital documents.
- We do not handle part-time jobs and, unless mentioned otherwise, all our job opportunities are full-time positions.
- Your candidature will be treated in strict confidence.

Note 1 : the masculine gender, sometimes used to simplify reading in our texts and advertisements, designates women and men in the same way.
Note 2 : if we keep a candidate’s file, it is kept in 2 ways : 1. it is electronically “rated” in our database, 2. it is archived in paper form. If we have not had any contact for several years, or if we have not received any response to a resumption of contact, we reserve the absolute right to “delete” it from our database and to “shred” prints made from e-mails received or the original file received by post (the latter case representing less than 1% of files received), in compliance with point 9 above. For reasons of file processing and archiving, plastic or paper covers received with original files are not kept. Therefore, if you wish to send us an unfolded A4 file by post, please use a simple transparent plastic folder.
