Toujours basé à St-Sulpice, F.A.S devient une entreprise à part entière, l'activité s'est développée et le cabinet-conseil recherche désormais également des dirigeants et cadres supérieurs.

Still based in St-Sulpice, F.A.S. has become a company in its own right, the activity has grown and the consulting firm is now also looking for executives and senior managers.

Noch immer in St-Sulpice basiert, hat sich F.A.S. zu einem eigenständigen Unternehmen entwickelt, das Geschäft ist gewachsen und das Beratungsunternehmen sucht nun auch nach Führungskräften und Senior Managern.

Après 10 ans de constante progression, F.A.S devient une entreprise totalement indépendante sur le plan juridique, stratégique et commercial; elle change de nom en devenant VON DER WEID CONSULTING et elle déménage ses bureaux au WTC à Lausanne. L'activité principale reste la recherche et sélection de talents des niveaux Top et Middle Management, en Suisse et à l'étranger, à laquelle s'ajoutent deux piliers complémentaires et indispensables à nos yeux, à savoir le conseil dans l'organisation d'entreprise (ou d'un département ou d'un service) d'un côté et le soutien personnel aux dirigeants de l'autre.

After 10 years of constant growth, F.A.S. becomes a completely independent company on the legal, strategic and commercial level; it changes its name to VON DER WEID CONSULTING and moves its offices to the WTC in Lausanne. The main activity remains the search and selection of top and middle management talents, in Switzerland and abroad, to which are added two complementary and indispensable pillars in our eyes, i.e. consulting in the organization of a company (or of a department or service) on the one hand and personal support to managers on the other.

Nach 10 Jahren stetigen Wachstums wurde F.A.S. rechtlich, strategisch und kommerziell völlig unabhängig, änderte seinen Namen in VON DER WEID CONSULTING und verlegte seine Büros in das WTC in Lausanne. Die Haupttätigkeit bleibt die Suche und Auswahl von Talenten des oberen und mittleren Managements, in der Schweiz und im Ausland, zu der in unseren Augen zwei ergänzende und unverzichtbare Säulen hinzukommen, nämlich die Beratung bei der Organisation eines Unternehmens (oder einer Abteilung) einerseits und die persönliche Betreuung von Managern andererseits.

Nous avons fêté nos 20 ans d'existence et nous poursuivons notre route toujours avec le même sourire, plaisir et enthousiasme. C'est l'occasion d'adresser ici nos chaleureux remerciements à toutes les personnes qui nous suivent et nous font confiance depuis ces nombreuses années !

Autant pour des raisons professionnelles et personnelles qu'historiques et stratégiques, notre cabinet-conseil est basé sur l'arc lémanique, et ce depuis ses origines. Nous adorons cette magnifique région à laquelle nous nous identifions pleinement. Si nos activités touchent prioritairement et en toute logique des entreprises situées dans les cantons qui nous sont proches, à savoir Vaud et Genève, nous collaborons régulièrement avec des entreprises basées à Fribourg, à Neuchâtel et en Valais. Nous travaillons également pour des entreprises suisses ou internationales implantées à Zurich, Bâle, Berne ou Lucerne (voir liste des mandats réalisés sous "job opportunities"). Enfin, nous nous déplaçons très volontiers à l'étranger pour rencontrer clients et candidat(e)s et activons au besoin le réseau créé avec des cabinets-conseil partenaires situés en et hors de Suisse.

As much for professional and personal reasons as for historical and strategic reasons, our consulting firm has been based on the Lake Geneva region since its origins. We love this magnificent region with which we fully identify. While our activities primarily and logically involve companies located in the cantons close to us, namely Vaud and Geneva, we regularly collaborate with companies based in Fribourg, Neuchâtel and Valais. We also work for Swiss or international companies based in Zurich, Basel, Bern or Lucerne (see list of mandates under "job opportunities"). Finally, we are happy to travel abroad to meet clients and candidates and, if necessary, activate the network created with partner consulting firms located in and outside of Switzerland.

Sowohl aus beruflichen und persönlichen als auch aus historischen und strategischen Gründen ist unser Beratungsunternehmen seit seinen Anfängen in der Genferseeregion ansässig. Wir lieben diese herrliche Region, mit der wir uns voll und ganz identifizieren. Während wir in erster Linie und logischerweise mit Unternehmen in den uns nahe gelegenen Kantonen Waadt und Genf arbeiten, kooperieren wir regelmäßig mit Unternehmen in Freiburg, Neuenburg und Wallis. Wir arbeiten auch für schweizerische oder internationale Unternehmen mit Sitz in Zürich, Basel, Bern oder Luzern (siehe Liste der Mandate unter "Job Opportunities"). Schliesslich reisen wir gerne ins Ausland, um Kunden und Kandidaten zu treffen und bei Bedarf das entstandene Netzwerk mit Partnerberatungsfirmen im In- und Ausland zu aktivieren.
